COMIC SQUARE 8
STEP AND STRIDE, FURTHER THAN EVER!
The biggest area of creators is coming back ! The largest doujinshi convention of the year, COMIC SQUARE 8 (CQ8), a square of fun that gathers both fan art and original creators, both Thai and foreigners, totaling 1,360 SPs. Enjoy various types of creations, comic books that cannot be bought anywhere else and merchandises created from the intention and endeavor of the artist.
Bigger size on an area of over 7,000 square meters in the bigger event venue, Union Hall 1 and 2, Union Mall shopping center, Bangkok, Thailand, conveniently accessible by BTS and MRT and close to residential areas. There are restaurants and various facilities ready, from AM11.00 to PM6.00 for doujinshi lovers to fully enjoy their one most important day.

- Tickets are only available at the box office at the convention.
- Unlimited entrance per day. Feel free to exit to take a break and reenter. Unlimited amount of time spent within the hall.

When entering the shopping center, take the elevator or escalator on the BTS skytrain connection side to floor F5. Follow the signs inside the building to find the COMIC SQUARE sign and take the escalator up to floor F6.
SKY TRAIN & SUBWAY
BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao Station, Exit 2, walk along the sky walk for approx. 100 m. and the entrance of Union Mall will be on the left.
MRT Paholyothin Station,
Exit 5, take the escalator up to the ground and the entrance of Union Mall will be right in front.

Driving from Victory Monument Pass through Mo Chit to Lat Phrao Intersection. Keep left to take the U-turn bridge next to Somdejya Park 84 to Lat Phrao Line.
Once you get off the bridge, immediately turn left to turn into Soi Lat Phrao 1. The soi will lead to the Union Mall parking building.
Parking is free for the first 3 hours.

From Airport
Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK)
Estimated 1.30-2.00 hr. time to travel
- Airport Rail Link (ALR) from Suvarnabhumi International Airport Station -> Phaya Thai Station
- Tranfer to BTS Light Green Line (Sukhumvit Line) from Phaya Thai Station -> Ha Yaek Lat Phrao Station
- Exit through Exit 2 and follow the pedestrain to Union Mall as shown above.
Remarks: For circles and exhibitors, please note that the gate at the BTS skywalk will not open before AM11.00. Please spare more time to walk aground to our registration desk. More detail will be available in Exhibitor Manual.
Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)
Bus Estimated 1.00 hr time to travel
- Bus No. A2 from Don Mueang Airport (the bus stop is located at the arrival terminal building) -> Horwang School
- Taxi or Walk on foot to Union Mall (1.1km./15-20 min.)
Sky Train Estimated 1.00-1.30 hr. time to travel
- Skytrain Dark Red Line from Don Mueang Station to Bang Sue (Krungthep Aphiwat) Central Terminal Station
- Transfer to MRT Blue Line from Bang Sue Station to MRT Paholyothin Station
- Exit through Exit 5
Remarks: For oversea attendees, Thai transportation is considerably busy and unpredictable, especially road traffic. It is more timely to take skytrains than buses. In particular, oversea circles and exhibitors are suggested to arrive Bangkok before the showday if possible so you can be more relaxed to travel, early set up, and start your exhibition without stress.
