Menu image represents your merchandises and products which will be sold in the event. By submitting your menu image through form, the image will be uploaded and shown on COMIC SQUARE 8 fan page to advertise your products to the audience.

MENU IMAGE REGULATION AND RESTRICTION

1. Monochrome and color image are all acceptable.
2. Include booth number and/or represented circle’s logo.
3. Submission is limited to 1 image per 1 entitled circle or exhibitor.
4. Include your merchandises price and significant information (product’s name, size, material, pages) Advertisement text can also be put on the image.
5. NSFW illustrations need to be censored. If said products are available in the menu image, R-18 rate needs to be indicated clearly on the cover or give only product’s information in text. Please inform buyers to present their national ID card as their age needs to be 18 or above. See guidance of NSFW content display
6. Advertising caption can be given to staff through menu image submission form.
7. COMIC SQUARE reserves the right to refrain inappropriate menu image from uploading. If your menu image is against our regulation, you will be notified via email.
8. Menu image will be uploaded into the album which correspond to your booth row, in order that Staff has received from the menu image submission form, not in ascending order.

IMAGE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION

1. make an menu image by including your product information and decorate up to your preference (recommended size 2400×1600 pixels )
2. Please save the image as .PNG or .JPG file and name the file “CQ8MENU-(booth NO.)-(booth name).jpg” (sample: CQ8MENU-A00-Tagoisekai.jpg)
   *Important* please only name your file as indicated above as COMIC SQUARE will use a software to manage a large number of files and incorrect file name might be missed out.
3. Please send the image via MENU IMAGE SUBMISSION FORM (CQ1-3) by Thursday March 13, 2025 PM 11.59
   Please use only image file type, do not compress or convert the file into other file type.
4. Menu images will be uploaded every Saturday after submission form is open. If your submitted image has not uploaded at the day, please contact staff via fan page.

COMIC SQUARE logo can be downloaded and used to decorate your menu image (click on the logo image to download the full size)

COMIC SQUARE LOGO INSTRUCTION

1. Please resize the logo image in original scale. Please refrain from extending only width or height to inappropriate scale.
2. Please keep the original logo color.
3. COMIC SQUARE mascot characters, C(ซี), Q(คิว) and Tago(ตะโก้), can be drawn to decorate your menu image and other media related to the event.
