Cutout image is an illustration that represents the circle and will compiled into an album and uploaded onto the COMIC SQUARE fan page. It is used to inform prospected buyers which artists will be joining the convention, as well as the booth number and location. See an example of how the cutout images are used here.

Instruction

1. Draw or create an illustration of your circle as detailed below.
   • Write the name of the circle or include the circle’s logo clearly.
   • Image size 700×700 pixels.
   • Color or B/W illustraton are both acceptable
   • Logo or circle name is included and clear
   • No nudity or swear word is allowed according to the R-18 definition of COMIC SQUARE
   • The illustration must be made by yourself. Do not use any image of the others that you do not have right to use to make your own cutout images.
   • There are no templates to be downloaded. The sidebar and booth number will be filled in by our staffs.
2. Save it as a .JPG file by and name it CQ8CUTOUT-Your Circle Name.jpg
3. Attach the cutout file within the application form. Please check the correctness before submitting because you will not be able to make changes to the cutout image files in any case once the file has been sent.
